Shelter Cove is a Condominium functioning under Florida's 718, directed by an elected Board of Directors employing Sentry Management, Inc. (www.sentrymgt.com) as provider of other management services. Monthly $135 condo fees provide Amenities, water, sewer, trash, roads  and common area maintenance.

Shelter Cove residents can enjoy the Clubhouse, Pool and access the Boat Ramp at any time. The resort entrance has a Security Gate for your safety and security. Shelter Cove is located on Center Lake, one of the Alligator Chain Of Lakes; as a resident, you have access to all of the lakes, which are all connected by canals.

Directions:

From central Saint Cloud travel south on Highway 192 / 441 about 1 mile beyond Narcoossee Road to Nova Road. Turn left and continue about 3 miles. The Shelter Cove divided entry road and security gate is on your left. No drive bys. Shelter Cove has a coded security gate and camera system.
