The lot can accommodate RVs up to 40 feet, has 30 and 50 amp electric available, cable internet and phone ready. Includes water and sewer.

The monthly rent is $800.00 plus utilities. An $800.00 security deposit and a $100 gate key deposit is required.

A background check has to be run on each adult planning to live there at the cost of the renter.
