All Lots Individually Owned
Shelter Cove deeded RV Lots are individually owned and are bought and sold just like your home. Many lots include Park Models and other improvements. An elected Board of Directors, under Florida’s 718 Condo Law, manages while working together with Sentry Management, Inc. (www.sentrymgt.com). The Resort Rules, recorded documents and Osceola County Government determine use and what can be built on a Lot. Each lot is charged an annual County property tax and Park Models may be Homesteaded. The Condo fee for each lot is currently just $178/month, which includes management, water, sewer, trash, reserves and the Resort’s amenities.
Lots are served for electric by OUC; phone/DSL by Century Link; and cable by Comcast. Both water and sewer plants are owned and operated by Shelter Cove.
