Shelter Cove is a gated RV Resort Condominium located on the southern shore of Lake Center, a 400 acre lake which is one of six that make up the Alligator Chain of Lakes. Situated on 154 acres which includes not only 235 RV Lots, but 97 acres of wooded lands, 25 acres of wetlands, and 5 acres of waterways, Shelter Cove is a small boater and nature lover's paradise. The Resort Rules, recorded documents and Osceola County Government determine use and what can be built on a Lot. Each lot is charged an annual County property tax and Park Models may be Homesteaded. The Condo fee for each lot is currently just $144/month, which includes management, water, sewer, trash, reserves and the Resort’s amenities.
