Resident Information

Shelter Cove is managed by Sentry Management.  The Community Manager is Bridgette Shearin.  Contact information is bshearin@sentrymgt.com.  To obtain any information or coded access to the pool, clubhouse and gym.  Gate access cards and remotes should be provided by the seller or owner of the property.  If you do not obtain these from the seller at closing or before you will have to purchase the keys cards and remotes.

• Entry Gate access cards are $7.00. Remotes are $66.00.
• The pool gym and clubhouse are coded door locks.  You must register on the community website in order to obtain the current community door codes in order to access community  amenities. Click HERE to register.
• Mail box keys are provided by the USPS by providing your closing documents or lease.

• Clubhouse Reservation- Residents may reserve the clubhouse for functions (except holidays)  There will be a $150 cleaning deposit required.  Keep in mind, when you reserve the clubhouse other residents may enter the clubhouse.  All residents have the use of the clubhouse during open hours.

If you are a Shelter Cove resident and would like to have your property listed in the "For Rent" or "For Sale" classified pages of this website email : President@ShelterCoveFlorida.com  or VicePresident@ShelterCoveFlorida.com.  

Provide the following information for each property in the following format: 

• FOR SALE or FOR RENT  (if you have multiple rental properties you may make a generic ad with MULTIPLE LOTS FOR RENT as the first line of your ad)

• Lot Number
• Legal Address of Property
• Rental / Sales Price
• Date available
• Description of Property (you may include one picture at this time.
• Owner contact information to include at least one of the following: email address, mailing address or phone number
• Any additional information you want to provide.

Listing will remain on the website for 90 days, and will be deleted if not renewed via email to the same email address.
